DELIVERED SCOPE

What the system covered

01

Delivered scope

The system covered service and manufacturing operations, teams handling multi-stage work orders, and organizations with in-house production and assembly.

02

Project context

The system brought work orders and workload into a clearer view where team coordination was difficult, schedules did not reflect actual availability, or people and machine capacity was hard to see.

03

Work orders and schedules

The system supported planning and tracking work orders and stages. It showed status for the office and shop floor, change history, and owners. Teams could plan dates around actual availability and identify potential resource conflicts.

04

Progress, quality, and reporting

Work tracking included task time logging, progress updates, and quality reports with assigned responsibility. Change and decision history, together with reports for teams and management, supported day-to-day oversight.

05

Workflow and implementation

The workflow covered order intake and scope definition, planning stages, resources and dates, execution with progress tracking, and settlement with a management report. Implementation was iterative, with process workshops and data migration. Integrations included accounting systems, BI, or Q-Resource.

Today, we keep building.

We bring this experience to new applications, integrations and AI solutions. Let’s discuss your project.
