2. Enquiries and business relationships

When you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact information, company details and message content you provide. We use this information to respond, understand requirements, prepare an offer and manage our business relationship.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence and business contacts (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where an enquiry concerns entering into or performing a contract with you, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. Information required for accounting or other legal obligations is processed under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Providing information in correspondence is voluntary, although contact details and information about the enquiry may be necessary to respond or prepare a contract. This website has no contact form or newsletter subscription.

3. Recruitment applications

If you send us a CV or another application concerning work, we may use the information to consider your candidacy and communicate with you during recruitment. Provide information relevant to assessing your application; do not send sensitive information unless required in the particular recruitment process.

For employment recruitment, information required by labour law is processed to meet legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR together with Article 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code). Additional information provided voluntarily may be processed on the basis of consent where it meets GDPR requirements (Article 6(1)(a)). Article 6(1)(b) may apply to discussions about a civil-law contract.

An application for current recruitment does not constitute consent to indefinite retention for future opportunities. Use in later recruitment requires a separate basis and a defined retention period. Information specific to a recruitment process is provided in the vacancy notice or our reply to the application.

4. Technical data and hosting

Connecting to the server transmits technical information such as the IP address, request date and time, requested resource address and information sent by the browser. This may be recorded in server logs for availability, fault diagnosis and protection against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Website hosting is provided by Sprint S.A., operating under the Rapiddc.pl brand, ul. Jagiellończyka 26, 10-062 Olsztyn, Poland, KRS 0000372363. The provider states that customer data is stored in Poland. Provider information is available on the Rapiddc.pl website.

5. Recipients

Data may be accessed by people authorised by the controller and by hosting, email and IT support providers to the extent needed to deliver their services. Accounting providers may receive billing information, and competent authorities may receive information where required by law.

We do not sell data or share it for advertising profiles of website visitors. The website itself uses no external analytics or advertising tools. The scope and terms of data processing in projects delivered for clients are agreed separately as part of each engagement.

6. Retention

• Correspondence is retained for the period needed to handle the enquiry and business relationship; longer retention requires a legal obligation or a need to establish or defend claims.
• Contract and accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable law and as necessary to establish or defend claims.
• Applicant information is retained for the time needed to consider the application and complete the relevant recruitment. Further retention requires a separate lawful purpose and basis.
• Technical logs are retained for a period justified by diagnosis and security, taking hosting configuration into account. Information needed to investigate a specific incident may be retained until that matter is resolved.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing. Where the law provides, you also have rights to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Send requests to Email. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office: uodo.gov.pl.

Visiting this website does not result in decisions about you based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

8. Updates and external links

We update this notice when the website or the processes described here change. The revision date appears at the beginning of the document. External websites are governed by their operators’ policies.

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies, perform marketing tracking or offer a newsletter. Its code does not set its own cookies to identify visitors.

The current website does not save preferences in browser local storage. An older version may have left an appearance setting named fu-theme. The current code does not read it; you can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings.

Technical information exchanged with the server and any hosting logs are separate from cookies. Their purpose is described under “Technical data and hosting”. If we introduce tools requiring consent in the future, we will provide the relevant information and choice before activating them.
