DELIVERED SCOPE

What the system covered

01

Delivered scope

The system supported data analysis for B2B sales and service companies, boards, CFOs and controlling teams, and sales and operations managers.

02

A shared view of data

The system brought data scattered across systems and files into a shared view, helping address inconsistent departmental results and time-consuming Excel reporting. Dashboards showed sales, margins, trends, and projects, with filters for products, segments, and regions.

03

Sources, refresh, and export

The system connected data from ERP, CRM, warehouse, and e-commerce systems. It handled scheduled imports, validation and cleaning during import, automatic updates, and export for further analysis.

04

Analysis, forecasts, and alerts

The system provided period and KPI comparisons, history-based sales and demand forecasts, what-if scenarios for margins and costs, and alerts when results deviated from plan. Alerts could be sent by email, Teams, or Slack and assigned to responsible owners.

05

Workflow and implementation

The workflow connected data sources, built KPI dashboards for sales, costs, and margins, analyzed deviations, and sent recurring PDF or Excel reports automatically. Rollout was iterative, with KPI workshops, data-source mapping, and dashboard development.

Today, we keep building.

We bring this experience to new applications, integrations and AI solutions. Let’s discuss your project.
