What the system covered
Orders and documents
Order handling with clear statuses brought quotes, orders, delivery notes, and invoices into one flow. Change history, ownership, notes, and attachments helped teams follow fulfillment.
Inventory and fulfillment
The system showed stock levels and reservations and supported control of releases, receipts, and transfers. Teams could check availability, prepare picking, and monitor shipments and overdue orders.
Reports and workflow
The system provided basic sales and fulfillment reports, overdue lists, and data export for further analysis. The workflow covered quote or order entry, creating documents from shared data, stock reservation and picking, then shipment and fulfillment review.
Implementation and integrations
The system integrated with accounting systems and e-commerce platforms and exposed an API for custom integrations. Shared customer and product data reduced manual retyping across documents.
